I was at a complete stop at a light and was rear-ended at 40 mph. I never saw it coming. Fortunately I was not injured severely but I did have slight whiplash and back pain. The guy who hit me didn’t have insurance or a driver’s license. He totaled my car and took away my part-time job because I wasn’t able to go back to working my second job. I was so angry. A friend I worked with at the fire department gave me the number for the Injury Law Center and his mother had been injured she was working with Hayden DuBay. The settlement took about six months and I would highly recommend the Injury Law Center.”
